Shipping

How do we ship?
All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Standard U.S. shipping time: 2–4 business days (depending on your location and USPS efficiency).

  • Every order comes with a tracking number for your convenience.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Once your order leaves our boutique, liability is transferred to USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or USPS to file a claim.

  • Our team will gladly assist in helping track your package whenever possible.

Final Sale Reminder
All shipping orders are final sale. Please select your sizes carefully.


Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • We do allow exchanges and store credit (within 14 days of delivery, per tracking date).

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping fees, including return and exchange shipping costs.

  • Clearance/Sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, and white/cream/ivory items are final sale (no exchanges or store credit).

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached to qualify.

In-Store Purchases

  • Items purchased in-store are final sale.

  • Items purchased online may be returned in-store for exchange or store credit.


Local Pick-Up

Yes! You may order online and choose free in-store pickup.

  • Please allow 12–24 hours for your order to be prepared. You will be notified once it’s ready.

  • Pick-Up Hours:

    • Tuesday – Saturday: 11AM – 7PM PST

    • Sunday: 12PM – 5PM PST

    • Monday: Closed

Common FAQs

Q: Can I return an item in-store?
A: Items purchased online can be returned in-store for exchange or store credit. In-store purchases are final sale.

Q: What if my item is damaged or missing?
A: Please email us at baddieessentialsboutique1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos attached. Claims made after this window cannot be accepted.

Q: I received the wrong item. What should I do?
A: If your order is incorrect, contact us right away at baddieessentialsboutique1@gmail.com for assistance.

Q: My item arrived damaged.
A: Retain all original packaging and email us immediately with photos so we can assist.
